چکیده
Due to the demand in present industrial, aerospace, defense sectors for lightweight high-performance aluminum (Al) particle-reinforced metal matrix composites, advancement of techniques fabricate these composites with superior mechanical properties have gained technological interest modern world. In this direction, SiC and graphite reinforced AA7075 composite material has been fabricated study, through hybrid microwave sintering techniques. The temperatures optimized volume fraction composition AA7075/SiC/graphite varied from 400 550 °C a step value 50 °C. obtained results showed improvement sintered as compared conventionally composites. Mechanical are found show increasing trend up 500 °C, after that, downfall is observed their properties, which can be attributed increased average grain size at Selection primary reinforcement helped achieving high strengths, sintering, an increment 37.2% tensile, 26.6% compression, 16.5% hardness achieved. From investigation, it also that selection materials shows response microwaves helps enhanced processed by

In this research, an in-situ hybrid composite reinforced by Al3Zr and Al3Ti aluminide particles was fabricated by friction stir processing (FSP). The base metal was in the form of a rolled Al 3003-H14 alloy sheet, and zirconium and titanium metal powders were used as the reinforcements. Six passes of FSP were applied. Tensile strength and hardness of the base metal, as well as FSPed samples bef...
